At Caruso, I supported live event production and brand experience efforts across several of the company’s high-profile retail properties, including The Grove, Palisades Village, and the Promenade at Westlake.

My role included coordinating logistics, managing run-of-show details, and collaborating with internal departments and vendors to ensure smooth execution during peak seasonal programming. Events ranged from Tree Lightings and Menorah Ceremonies to Valentine’s activations and weekend family experiences, with audiences often exceeding several thousand guests.

In addition to event support, I helped compile a visual overview deck showcasing signature Caruso events. This asset served as an internal reference for the Events & Guest Experience team—helping document past programming, brand partnerships, and creative inspiration for future planning.

This experience gave me hands-on exposure to high-volume event execution while deepening my understanding of brand environments, guest flow strategy, and luxury lifestyle marketing.
